Role Description
We’re currently partnering with a family-owned Sunshine Coast cleaning business experiencing strong growth and looking to expand their team. They're servicing clients from Beerwah, Caloundra to Noosa, including Nambour and the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
This could suit you if you:
Have cleaning experience and are ready to take the next step, or
Have leadership or mentoring experience in another industry and are keen to learn cleaning and grow within the business
Full training is provided. What matters most is your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to lead and support a small team.
In this role, you will:
Work in a team of 2, across residential, NDIS and holiday homes
Lead and support another team member
Maintain high standards across all cleans
Build strong relationships with clients
What’s on Offer
$35-$40/hour depending on experience
No nights or weekends
Flexible hours (typically around 6 hours per day)
Consistent, ongoing work
All equipment and uniform provided (small weekly fee applies)
Clear progression into senior roles

About You
Cleaning experience or leadership/mentoring experience in another industry
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual and able to work in a team
Confident in a customer-facing environment
ABN (or willing to obtain one - we can help!)
Driver’s licence and reliable transportÂ
