Galatee
Galatee is our Talent Acquisition and Workforce Improvement specialist, with experience helping organisations attract, hire and retain the right people. Throughout her career, she has partnered with businesses across healthcare, aged care, employment services, mining and corporate sectors, supporting everything from high-volume recruitment through to executive appointments.
While recruitment has been at the core of her career, Galatee is passionate about improving the way businesses hire. She enjoys identifying opportunities to simplify recruitment processes, improve candidate experiences and help leaders make confident hiring decisions. From optimising recruitment systems and redesigning hiring processes to reducing staff turnover and strengthening workforce planning, she focuses on practical solutions that create lasting results.
Known for her approachable, analytical and solutions-focused style, Galatee takes the time to understand each client's unique challenges before tailoring advice that fits their business. She believes recruitment is about far more than filling vacancies—it's about building strong teams that help businesses grow.

Tarrah
Tarrah is our HR and People specialist, experienced in helping businesses create positive workplaces where both people and performance thrive. With a strong background in the hospitality industry, she has supported leaders through every stage of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, workplace investigations, performance support and people-focused process improvements.
She enjoys working closely with business owners and leaders to simplify HR, strengthen workplace culture and develop practical people solutions that support long-term business success. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice, Tarrah takes a collaborative approach, getting to know each business and tailoring solutions that are realistic, compliant and aligned with its goals.
Known for her calm, approachable and supportive nature, Tarrah builds trusted relationships with clients and helps them navigate people challenges with confidence. She believes that when employees feel supported, businesses are better positioned to grow, retain great people and create workplaces where teams can genuinely thrive.
